Boilers

Being experienced in all aspects of Gas Boilers, we have Domestic and Non-Domestic Gas Safe Registration and a wide variety of customers ranging from the Commercial sector to the landlord and homeowner and everything in between. We are specialists in many boiler brands including, but not limited to, Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Biasi, Ferroli, Ideal, Keston, Vokera and Potterton.

Breakdown

All boilers are subject to wear and tear and therefore, can sometimes go wrong and malfunction or breakdown.

We are known for our swift response times and we carry most common boiler parts. Our engineers are highly qualified and experienced and are Gas Safe Registered for both Domestic and Non-Domestic work allowing us to attend and repair a boiler with speed and efficiency putting you back in control.

Servicing

All boilers require regular servicing to ensure they have a long and healthy life and serve your property well.

We attend the property where the boiler is installed and carry out a thorough service of the boiler, cleaning all relevant parts. Should any repairs or exchange of parts be required, this is reported to the customer so that the work may be agreed and the repairs goes ahead to leave the boiler in the best condition.

Repair

Boilers are like any other appliance or machine in that they go wrong from time to time and parts need to be repaired or replaced.

We stock most of the common Boiler parts used today and if there is a part we need to order, we can usually get it on the same day or the next working day. Our engineers are experienced and qualified and will only ever carry out necessary and approved work to the highest standards.

Installation

The first stage of an installation is a thorough inspection of the location and a survey is carried out taking into consideration the requirements of the boiler and system to be installed.

Once we have planned the installation in detail, and agreed details with the customer, only then will installation proceed. We have much experience with projects of this nature so you are always in good hands at all times.

Engineers

All our Boiler Engineers are Gas Safe Registered in the Non-Domestic area and have substantial commercial experience.

They are also trained for customer service so that they will not only get the job done but will communicate in a friendly and courteous manner offering you an altogether pleasant experience of Hilton Heating & Cooling. If you have any questions about the work they are carrying out, they are always eager to answer them and put you in the picture.
